The Balser Collection encompasses more than 180 works collected for the business school and donated to it by Ron and Barbara Balser.\u00a0 The works by contemporary and internationally known artists reflect and reinforce the goals of the Goizueta \u00a0Business School as an international school where business knowledge alone does not make a leader.\u00a0 An awareness and appreciate for art and embracing diversity are all part of one\u2019s education.<\/p>\n

The Balsers are firm believers that business knowledge alone does not make a leader. \u201cYou should be well-rounded in all forms of visual and performing arts,\u201d Barbara explains, noting Goizueta Business School shares the quad with the Donna & Marvin Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts. \u201cAn awareness and appreciation for art and embracing diversity are all part of one\u2019s education\u2014it\u2019s more than just a degree . . . it\u2019s a lifestyle.\u201d<\/p>\n
